Fire-resistant cable refers to the cable that can keep a safe running time in the case of flame combustion.
Fire Resistance Tester is designed according to the requirements of IEC60331-11, and used to obtain the refractory characteristics of a fire resistant cable or optical cable under flame conditions.
User' s Experience :
This cabinet is made of stainless steel, anti-smoke and gas corrosion.
The control system is designed with a high degree of automation, automatic ignition, temperature and time digital display, convenient to observe and record, stable and reliable.
International Standards :
- IEC 60331 Tests for electric cables under fire conditions - Circuit Integrity - Procedures and requirement for fire with shock--Cables of rated voltage up to and including 0.6/1 KV
- GB/T 19216 Test for electric or optical fibre cables under fire conditions - Circuit Integrity - Procedures and requirement for fire with shock - Cables of rated voltage up to and including 0.6/1 KV
- BS 6387 Test methods for resistance to fire of cables required to maintain circuit integrity under fire conditions
- BS 8491 Method for assessment of fire integrity of large diameter power cables for use as components for smoke and heat control systems and certain other active fire safety systems
- BS EN 50200 & BS 8434
Combustion System:
1, Independent standard electrical control platform;
2, With intelligent detection function, when a short circuit in the sample during the test, automatic alarm
and turn off the fire source.
3, Fuse current in the experimental circuit is 2A;
4, The sample is applied to power of AV 100V ~ 1000V adjustable;
5, The time can be set free for the fire, the time recommended by standards is 90min.
